Terms of service

Our digital products

PDFBites sells downloadable PDF guides. Product descriptions explain what each purchase includes. No physical book or other physical item will be shipped unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

Orders and delivery

The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and payment information. Downloads are delivered after successful payment through our digital-delivery system. You need internet access and a device or app capable of opening PDF files. See our Shipping policy for digital-delivery details.

Personal use

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive right to download and use the purchased PDF for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may save it on your own devices and print copies for your personal use. Copyright remains with PDFBites or the relevant rights holder. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the file or its download link with others, except where applicable law permits.

Product information

Our guides provide general educational and practical information. They are not personalized medical or nutritional advice. For food-related guides, consider your own dietary needs and allergies, check ingredient labels, and follow food-storage and preparation instructions.

Refunds and file issues

Our Return and refund policy explains when a refund is available, including duplicate purchases and technical file problems we cannot resolve. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for digital downloads except where required by law.

Fair use of the store

Please use the store lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies. If a provision conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law applies.

Updates and contact

The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases. For questions or support, contact xiaou.qie1@gmail.com or use the Contact page at PDFBites.
